Horse therapist builds her own steel structure with FRISOKIT
This horse therapist is well known as a horse whisperer. She needed a new building for her stables that she could use flexibly. A FRISOKIT DIY building kit in galvanised steel, with all the components required for a small steel structure, was the perfect solution.

From childhood memory to DIY project
She and her partner are both passionate horse lovers. She is a horse therapist and coach, and he competes in single-horse marathons. In order to realise her plans for the future, she required additional storage space at her stables. The first company she thought of was Frisomat.
She remembered the international steel construction company from her childhood. Her father’s garage used to repair and spray-paint their vehicles, and a steel hangar was installed at her former riding college in Bilzen on his recommendation.
Steel structure in just two weeks
In 2025, the horse therapist chose a FRISOKIT, a DIY building kit with customisable parts that are easy to assemble. Thanks to many helping hands, it took her less than two weeks to build the structure. “I spent ages fetching cakes and buns for our neighbours and friends,” she laughs.
Technical support for FRISOKIT
Although customers assemble the DIY building kit themselves, FRISOKIT offers ongoing support where necessary. The customers were delighted with the regular technical assistance they received from Frisomat’s technician Bart, even at weekends. They also got on well with saleswoman Marie right from the start. It was the people at FRISOKIT who really made the difference to her project.
“I feel really good about the storage building. I’m proud of the well-designed materials, but also of the fact that we built this steel construction ourselves,” concludes the horse therapist.
